Karen is cleaning my ears with a rubber syringe.
She has just finished the left ear, leaving it wet and drippy.
She begins the right ear, squirting warm water forcefully.
Jeanette (age 3) enters and says, "Uh-Oh, mommy,
it's coming out the other side!"
